Cheese Fourtet

They currently have two locations in Taipei, Taiwan. The sandwich we reviewed was the Cheese Fourtet, one of their signature Grilled Cheese sandwiches. It was an okay, and is an average grilled cheese sandwich.

They used to have the best sandwiches in Taiwan. I would have dreams about eating them. However, they changed their menu a few years ago, and the quality of their Grilled Cheese Sandwiches went down.

The lesson here is that you should never drastically change your menu because it will cause you to lose long-term customers. They used to have a Spicy Grilled Cheese and Three Cheese Grilled Sandwich that were both delicious, but those two items were deleted from the menu.

Their current Grilled Cheese sandwiches are okay, but they are just regular-type sandwiches. The atmosphere is good, and it's usually crowded, so it's a great place to meet your friends. Just don't expect world-class sandwiches.
